 SOLIFORNIA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Solifornia wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 30 day exchange period on all items ordered via phone or online store.

  • Items must be in 100% resalable condition

  • Exchange timeframe starts from original purchase date

  • All exchanges must be initiated 30 days from the original point of sale

  • Prepaid return labels are only available to customers within the US (excluding Canada and all other US territories)

  • All other exchanges must be shipped back to us using an insurable traceable carrier

Exchange Claim Process:

  1. Call or email our Customer Service team and have your order number available as well as the items you wish to return.

  2. Once your request is received, we will email you a return authorization number (RMA#), and a pre-paid UPS shipping label to have the product returned to us.

  3. Print the label out and drop your package off at the nearest UPS shipping location)

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  •  Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to rejection and/or a 10% restocking fee.

  •  All exchanges will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately.

Note:  Products or packages mailed directly to Solifornia Headquarters without RMA# will be REFUSED and returned to the sender at their cost.  RMA numbers are valid for only 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order:
